Privacy notes
Privacy notes for felipeixd.com
Revised on 27 October 2026.
Read this as a spec for personal data. Felipe IxD, the Porto interaction-design studio that runs felipeixd.com, documents here which fields reach it, the reason each one exists, how long it is kept and the controls you hold over it. Scope in one line: the package form is the only input, and its contents are used to answer you.
Inputs, field by field
- Name and e-mail address — so the written scope can be addressed and sent to a person.
- Product, flow, platform and hoped-for start month — the raw material of the scope and the price.
- Package, extra flows and the estimated total — so the reply quotes the figure you saw on screen.
- Team name and free-text message — optional; whatever you choose to add.
Transport: FormSubmit, a form-forwarding service, relays each submission as an e-mail to [email protected]. Retention: a conversation that never turns into a job is erased inside twelve months; for a job that does go ahead, the records stay for as long as Portuguese bookkeeping law obliges a business to keep them.
Browser storage and the consent card
Cookie count set by the site: zero. First-time visitors meet a compact card asking if visit counting may ever run. Your answer — accept, or a saved preference — is written to your own browser's local storage under the key fixd_cookie_choice, and its only job today is to stop the card reappearing. Edge case, declared: no analytics or advertising code is installed, so nothing reads that key at present. Were measurement added later, it would run solely for browsers whose saved answer permits it, and these notes would be revised beforehand. Fonts: the two typefaces load from Google Fonts, a request which necessarily shows your IP address to that service.
Out of scope, permanently
Selling, renting or swapping personal details with anyone. Newsletters. Handing your message to a third party, apart from the form relay above and — only once you become a customer — the payment processor behind the checkout page for your deposit.
Controls you hold
GDPR: you may request a copy of what is held on you, have errors put right, have it erased, receive it in a portable format, and object to any use of it. CCPA, for residents of California: a right to learn which categories are collected, a right to erasure, a right to refuse any sale (none occurs here), and protection from worse treatment for having asked. Route for every request: an e-mail to [email protected], answered inside thirty days. Complaints may also go to Portugal's supervisory body for data protection, the CNPD.
